« We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

« We had a fantastic experience staying at the Coach House in Chichester. Rachel is a trustworthy and attentive host—communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. She kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in, which was a huge help.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. « We spent 4 nights, 11 people including children. The house is amazing, had everything we needed. The pool was great fun and a highlight of our stay. Close to town for pubs and shops, as well as nature walks. A wonderful place to spend time with loved ones in a special location away from the hustle and bustle. »

« A wonderful property. Secluded area, but still close to everything. The property was very clean and exactly as you see on the photos. In fact the photos don’t do the place justice. Would absolutely stay again. Would be great to stay in the summer and fire up the BBQ. Unfortunately we stayed mid October and it was a little wet! »

« Perfect stay outside of London for a weekend get-away with friends. The experience was very easy and the house garden are absolutely lovely. Can recommend! »

« An amazing place to base ourselves for our time away! Immaculately clean! The games room was a fit with adults, teens and kids all alike, and there were even a couple of bottles of wine waiting for us when we arrived! A beautiful home with gorgeous views! »

« Great Location for staff at Henley, however few teething problems including lack of hot water in shower upstairs and boiling hot downstairs. Landlord couldn’t fix problem so offered a refund but didn’t help our staff who needed to shower after a busy day at work. »
