« Having stayed in a whole load of hotels on a regular basis, we genuinely cannot compare the service to anywhere else we've stayed collectively. The food was stunning. The garden was gorgeous. « Super clean and cosy room. It was ready upon arrival and staff was very helpful in explaining the property and pub / restaurant area. Room does not have AC but had a fan and brought another upon request, as well as blackout curtains. (For those traveling from US, not many pubs and older dwellings have AC like we do in the states). We arrived when it was above 30c) We had great food during our stay and were able to enjoy long hikes in the park and super convenient spot to our friends I the area. »

« Wonderful old property, we stayed in our first room for 3 days, the room was very clean but the bathroom was very small with an even smaller shower, the sink was in the room, we had booked a deluxe room but wonder if room 2 actually was one? We stayed in Room No 1, which was an indulgence room on our 4th night which was much better for us, larger bed, which didn't squeak, lovely big bathroom with a huge walk in shower. Breakfast was great,but they ran out of vegetarian sausages on our 2nd...

"The proximity of the hotel to Terminal 4 and the reasonable price is the main reasons we chose the Premier Inn, the staff were very helpful checking us in as we had problems connecting to the local network and we were really impressed with the full breakfast option. I highly recommend if you are in transit at Heathrow Terminal 4."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."

"Arrived late in the evening after our flight with a last-minute booking. Staff was very accommodating and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The crib was delivered promptly and we all had a comfortable sleep. They stored our luggage for the day after we checked out which was very convenient. Recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"Excellent stay!! The property was great with beds that slept well, the room was very nice. There was an option to purchase breakfast which was fantastic!! Lot's of options. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others."
