The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

D.C. Trip/Arlington Revisited

Apt. was as the pictures showed on site, clean and simple. Had difficulty with check-in, thank goodness the conciergewas on duty because she helped us immensely. Code for the key box (not explained), parking (not explained), we parked in the garage first then it was explained to us that the only parking was the 7 above ground parking spaces that were first come first serve. We had to download an app to pay for parking by the hr or day. Still there were only a few available spaces and when we would return from our outings there were no spaces available. The front door of our apt had a broken hotel like extra lock and the main lock was very hard to lock. We each had one bath towel and no wash clothes, and no bathmat. This was the first time our Vrbo property used WeHost and I was disappointed in the communication compared to just Vrbo. It was a very stressful trip due to the difficulty in checking in and the parking situation.

It is great place to stay while visiting DC with easy access to metro and plenty of great dining nearby. The owners need to update the details of their unit to better manage expectations of guests. Parking is not really a one per unit

Great Location. Lots can improve.

I was very happy with a lot that this property had to offer. The size was great. The 2 bathrooms were great. The closet space and laundry were great to have. There are a few things that could be improved. There were multiple closets but only 7 hangers for the entire place. The refrigerator top was dirty. Only 2 burners on the stove work. The kitchen could have more items. There are no cutting boards, dish towels, or hot pads. When we arrived, it was pretty hot in DC. We tried to put on the AC but it did not work. When I reached out to management, I was told that we could not have AC until May 15. It made the first few days of the trip uncomfortable because even opening the windows did not help.When we got there, the shower door was not operating properly - the track was broken. I reached out to management and they came and fixed it right away. I was really happy with the prompt response. Before the trip, I had to be the one to reach out to management to ask how to gain access to the property. They did not automatically give me the information. This caused me anxiety. I think they should send that information unprompted. Parking is a HUGE CHALLENGE. The building is 22 floors high with multiple units on each floor. There is fewer than 20 spots available on a first come, first serve basis. There is also not available overnight parking in any of the garages within a 10 block radius. I think that the parking situation would make me not stay here again.

Great place close to Arlington Cemetary

This unit is located in a great part of Crystal City, close to dining, shopping, the metro, and tourist attractions like Arlington Cemetery and the Air Force Memorial. The unit was just as described and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again in the future.
