« Our host Lucy was most welcoming and helpful. Short walk into downtown Stratford. The property was extremely clean. I would say the room was small but the wonderful breakfast (the best we have had in our 2 and a half week stay in 7 different hotels in England) made up for that! The breakfast room was a cheery way to start the day too! Highly recommend! »

« Our stay was absolutely amazing. Steve and Lizzy are super friendly and accommodating - both really kind and helpful sharing info about the local area, and Lizzy made such a lovely homemade breakfast, even catering for me as a vegan, and surprised my partner with a delightful banana blueberry muffin complete with a candle for his birthday - it was above and beyond! « Ideally located within easy walking distance to town centre. The property had shared parking with other houses on the terrace. The room was big enough with en suite bathroom and nice decor. Very clean and tidy. Tea and coffee making facilities as well as a haird dryer. The landlord was very pleasant and helpful. Full English breakfast was included. »

« Nous avons passé deux jours merveilleux dans le cottage de Bill. Ce cottage est très bien situé et surtout très confortable. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Bill est un hôte très prévenant et disponible. Je recommande vivement. »

« We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of August. Easy parking & very well signposted. We were shown to our spacious room by Alan. Lovely room, lovely view, lovely bathroom. Electric shower over the bath, which was plenty powerful & a choice of toiletries. We could choose what breakfast we wanted & there was also fruit, yoghurt & cereal which is eaten in a nice breakfast room. The hosts were very friendly & attentive. I would definitely recommend & return. »

« Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. »

« Lovely B&B. Sue is a lovely lady -very friendly and helpful. She also does a fantastic Breakfast! Our room was great - roomy and very comfortable bed. Choice of a Bath or a walk in shower in the bathroom, which was also a very good size. Will definitely stay there again, and highly reccomend it. »

« Just perfect, couldn’t ask for any more. Lots of places to visit within 30mins drive. Use of the tennis court a real bonus. Lavish breakfast and very attentive hosts, great weekend break. »
