The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! »

« This unit was amazing. It was super clean and neat. There is a ton of room. The kids loved the loft upstairs. Owner is super nice and easy to contact if necessary. Kitchen is well equipped. It also is furnished with nice Kitchenaid appliances. Will defintely visit again!! »

« The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay. »

« The digital locking mechanism was not locking the door to the paid rental. The locking mechanism did not have a deadbolt feature. Had it had a deadbolted feature, I would have stayed. The front door was not functioning properly for me to feel safe and comfortable with the overall stay. »

« The only thing better than the cabin, location and amenities was JP's kindness and hospitality. We visited at the very end of the season - just in time for snow and freezing temps. JP made sure that we were familiarized with the island, and comfortable every step of the way. Our dogs LOVED having the freedom to explore the island without being on a leash. The electric boat was an added bonus to get to the mainland to do some hiking. JP even sent us a blog he wrote about the best nearby hiking...
