Front & back door private entrances. 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, 1 pull out sofa, 1 pull out twin size bed/chair, 1 futon, 1 queen size air mattress. Large kitchen/dining area. Everything was great. Nice quiet street. 5 minute ride to Dreams Park. 50 minute ride to All Star Village. 30 minute ride to Cooperstown.

We booked this property on our way to Toronto, and it was perfect for a short stay. The property was clean and spacious for our family. The best touch is that the host left a lot of ice cold bottled water in the fridge for us. In a hot summer like this, this was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again.

Property was nice enough, we just had a quick overnight stay. I reached out to owner about early check in, never got a response. Apartment was clean, but like others have mentioned, could use a good deep clean. Kitchen was stocked better than any other place I've seen, we didn't have a need for it, but it had everything and more. Overall, good stay.

The apartment was very roomy and stocked with all household and kitchen essentials, including coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and close to Cooperstown and Utica. Jacob was very accommodating and responsive to my communication. The apartment was appropriate for people who like to travel with their dogs, rather than leaving them behind. Thank you, Jacob!

Property was perfect for what we needed. We had three young kids with us; the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Convenient location. Host had excellent communication and was very quick to help when we managed to lock ourselves out. Resident upstairs was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We loved staying here. It was the perfect place for a multi day/night retreat to visit nearby family. The apartment was very welcoming and functional for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is in a very quiet neighborhood. Not much for food options there, but the next town of Herkimer has some. As for the kitchen, the fridge had bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Also, there was ice in the freezer- thank you for that. The host was pretty good at communicating. The apartment had just enough space for our family of six. The pull out couches were not too comfortable for adults, but ok for the kids. The two beds in the bedrooms had very firm mattresses. We had an overall good experience here and would stay again if ever in the neighborhood.

This place was in a quiet location and easy to get to. It was great for our family size with plenty of room. We liked staying together instead of in a hotel setting for our quick overnight stay. We had a nice visit & would recommend this place!

Perfect for quick trip

In town visiting family this was the perfect spot to rest for the night. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. Would stay here again next time were in town.

The property was easy to find and easy to check in and check out. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. We heard the upstairs tenants but they were quiet, no loud tv or talking noises, just moving around. Great block to walk the dog. We will definitely stay here again!

We arrived around dinner and left before breakfast so very quick. Beds were comfy, the house is older so seemed it was is pretty good condition. Host responded quickly in most cases. Quaint little town

Very clean, perfectly adequate for our needs while attending a workshop. Well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. I especially appreciate that this rental was dog friendly. Got our check in info a touch late (after we arrived) but that was easily remedied once I messaged the host in the app. I would absolutely stay here again.
