We recently stayed in this apartment in Valencia, and unfortunately, we have to say it wasn’t a great experience.First off, the shower was a real disappointment. The showerheads were clogged, which limited the water pressure and made it hard to get a proper rinse. Not what you expect when you're looking for a relaxing stay!Next, the apartment had a horrible smell. It was so strong that we had to go out and buy candles just to make it bearable. It was like the scent clung to everything, and it honestly took our breath away when we walked in.There were also several cleanliness issues. Stains on the towels, curtains, chairs, and even the walls made us question how thoroughly it had been cleaned before our stay. To top it off, there was still standing water in the bidet—gross and unhygienic.On the tech side, the “fast-speed internet” advertised was nowhere to be found. We had zero internet access during our stay, which was incredibly frustrating.There was a small positive, though—the location was excellent. The apartment was really close to the train station, which made getting around the city very easy.Lastly, communication with the host started off well, but once we reported these issues, we never heard back. It was disappointing that they were so unresponsive when there were clear problems with the apartment.Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this place unless some major improvements are made. The issues we encountered really overshadowed what could have been a good stay.
