« Fantastic! House was lovely - clean! Well equipped and great location! Comms were great and check in seamless! Thoroughly recommend for a stay in the North East »

« Exactly what we needed for a weekend Karting @ Warden Law. 15 minutes away from the track and close enough to the centre of Sunderland to give you everything you need. Definitely would use again 👌 »

« Was easy to check in and clean, some beds were comfy, some not, depends on what type you like (one double was more of a camp bed style) The host was very responsive when we asked about parking, replied straight away. The outside area was not set up to be used, no furniture or views. Overall good value for money. »
