Casa Del Mar 6 - Walk to Pottsville Beach

Casa Del Mar is perfectly positioned within walking distance to crystal clear Mooball Creek, the local boutique village and Pottsville Beach. This home away from home is a space for guests to create memories that will last a lifetime. Well behaved pets are welcome upon application.

LIVING AREA
Enjoy neutral beachy tones and the open plan living and dining area. All rooms have ducted a/c, ceiling fans and Netflix and wifi are available.

KITCHEN + DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, breakfast bar and Nespresso coffee machine. Kitchen essentials and coffee pods are supplied.

BEDROOMS
The bright and airy bedrooms are spacious, all have built in robes, a/c, fans, comfy beds and high quality linen.

1 x Double Bedroom

OUTDOOR AREA
The covered outdoor area and fully fenced yard is perfect for dining alfresco or entertaining. This space is great for kids play and guests travelling with pets. Enjoy the outdoor rain shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach.

BATHROOM
The one bathroom has been newly renovated complete with a rain shower and seperate toilet. Bathroom essentials are supplied.

LAUNDRY
Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer is available.

PARKING
There is on-site parking for two cars and free on-street parking directly in front of the house.

EXTRA GUESTS: We can accomodate up to 4 extra guests, additional charges apply.

Guests have acces to the entire property except for one locked cupboard.

SHOPPING VILLAGE
Everything to love about Pottsville is within a short distance. Pottsville Village is minutes away where you'll find the IGA supermarket, pharmacy, local markets, bakery and great selection of local cafe’s and restaurants.

BEACH + CREEK
Pottsville Beach and the calm waters of Mooball Creek are about a 10minute walk or 5 min cycle via a safe bike path from Koala Beach Estate. There is a kids playground near town and you can hire kayaks and SUP’s.

ENVIRONMENTAL PARK
For nature lovers, visit the Environmental Park. With over 50 hectares of natural coastal vegetation and 4km of walking tracks, wetland boardwalks and viewing platforms – A great scenic walk to enjoy nature at its best.

MARKETS
The local markets are on every second Sunday.

DAY TRIPS
A 30min drive from Pottsville will take you on a day trip to Byron Bay, The Hinterlands or South Gold Coast.

WALK
Pottsville village, markets, bowling club, beach and creek are within walking distance.

BICYCLE
A bike path runs along Tweed Coast Road, keen bike riders can easily access the 5km track north to Cabarita Beach.

CAR
Explore the Tweed Coast, Byron Bay or venture north to the Gold Coast. All are within 30min drive from Pottsville.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Taxi and Bus options are available.

Dear Guests,

For the benefit and wellbeing of all our guests and neighbouring residents we have put into place some rules and regulations. As a condition of your confirmed booking it is implied that you have read and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable stay for everybody. Please read the rules carefully in order to avoid mis-communication, loss of security deposit, eviction or excessive fees & charges.

CHECK IN
Check in time is 2pm or later unless prior arrangement has been made with your host. Self check in and access to the property is available via a coded lock box. Check in instructions will be sent to you the day before check in.

CHECK OUT
CHECK OUT TIME 10AM. Please follow the 'Check Out Instructions' (see below) before you leave. We do a property inspection once a guest has vacated to ensure all check out instructions have been followed and the property has been left tidy and in an undamaged state. Failure to do so may result in extra cleaning fees or a claim on your security deposit. If you would like a late check out please contact us to arrange a time. Late check out fees may apply.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Please ensure you follow these steps to avoid any extra cleaning fees.
1. Remove all of your food from the fridge, freezer and pantry.
2. Dishes, utensils and cutlery must be washed and packed away.
3. Throw out rubbish and put in appropriate bins.
4. All windows and doors to the property must be closed/locked.
5. Fans, lights A/C and all appliances must be switched off.
6. Remove all personal items from the property and communal areas.
7. Leave the property and all communal areas clean and tidy.
8. Leave the BBQ clean and tidy.
9. Put the key back into the lockbox.

EXTRA CLEANING FEES
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, food removal, rubbish removal, cleaning of BBQ, stained linen etc. If the cleaning costs exceed the set cleaning fee on your booking summary you will be charged the additional costs.

BINS + RUBBISH
Please put the correct rubbish in the allocated bins for general waste, recycling and green waste. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for extra rubbish in the case where the incorrect items are not put into the correct bin.

PARKING
Please park in designated parking spaces. Do not drive on grassed areas.

WIFI
We offer Free WIFI, on a fair use policy. Our speeds are good, and you are welcome to use it, however heavy use such as streaming will incur additional charges.

UTILITIES
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes air conditioners, fans, hair straighteners, tv, stereos, portable device chargers. Wi-Fi and utilities are closely monitored. If excessive or commercial use of utilities such as gas, electricity, water.

FAMILIES + CHILDREN
Children must be under active supervision at all times and duty of care is at the responsibility of the parent or guardian. All child friendly items are maintained & checked regularly. If a porta cot, high chair or baby gates have been organised/hired throughout your stay, we request that you do an inspection of approval of these items upon arrival & prior to use.

GUEST ACCESS ONLY - NO VISITORS
Guest access only. You may not allow any person/s other than the person/s named on the Booking Summary/Confirmation to occupy the accommodation or the property. Please contact your host if you wish to invite visitors or extra people. If you have arranged this without notifying your host you will be charged a penalty fee. Your booking includes up to 6 guests per booking (including children) unless prior arrangements have been made. We are happy to discuss your specific requirements upon booking.

PARTIES & EVENTS
We have a strict NO PARTY, NO EVENTS & NO VISITORS POLICY. We do not accept reservations for guests attending festivals. Failure to comply with this policy will deem your booking invalid. If a complaint is reported, appropriate authorities will be notified if anti-social behaviour has taken place. All guests will be evicted immediately without refund or notice.

NOISE
Please be respectful of fellow guests and residents. All noise levels must be considerate between 8pm-8am. This home is in a residential area and any complaints of noise levels from the neighbours or any other source will render the booking invalid. In this circumstance, we reserve the right to evict all guests immediately without refund or notice.

NOISE POLICY
- Quiet Time: 8pm - 8am
- No music played in any outdoor area from 8pm
- No extra visitors. Guest access only.
- No wedding/events or festival attendees.
- No parties, groups or events.
- No barking or loud pets.

OUTDOOR AREA CURFEW - 9pm
Please do not use the outdoor area after 9pm. Speakers and music are not to be taken outside after this time, we request all guests to move inside and close all doors after this time. If complaints from the neighbours are received we reserve the right to evict all guests without notice or refund.

PETS
Small - medium well behaved pets are welcome. Any damage caused by pets will incur additional fees. Strictly no dogs on beds or in bedrooms. (additional cleaning costs will apply). Please use provided bags to pick up & dispose of any pet poop in the yard prior to leaving. Pet fee applies to all reservations. No loud or barking pets allowed. Max 1 pet per stay.

LOSS OF KEY
Loss of keys will result in a $75 replacement fee per key/per lockout. Garage and electronic remote system keys will result in a minimum $150 replacement fee. Assisted access to your room for any reason will result in a minimum lockout charge of $180.00

LINEN + REPLENISHMENTS
Bed linen, pillows, blankets, bath, hand and kitchen towels will be supplied. Replenishments include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, toilet paper, washing powder, dish liquid and most kitchen essentials e.g. cooking oil, salt, pepper. Please bring your own beach towels. If any linen or bedding is damaged or missing you will be charged the cost of each item. Please do not remove towels from the property.

THEFT & DAMAGES
All damages and breakages must be reported to your property host as soon as possible. Failure to report an issue will result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. To avoid damages and breakages, please do not move furniture or decor. An inventory has been done of the accommodation and the facilities to monitor theft and property damages. We also perform an inspection shortly after each check out.

Great property, short walk all to beaches, great community. Easy walk to shops and not to commercialised. Really pleasant area . Property had everything needed and really enjoyed stay.
