The property looks great in the photos prior to arrival however, the house was awful. There was popcorn all over living room and kitchen when we arrived, dirty walls, chipped paint everywhere and carpets badly stained with foul odor. There was no toilet paper or paper towels we had to purchase our own, all complementary soaps in showers were empty, batteries were dead in both tv remotes with no replacements, NO SMOKE DETECTORS which is mandatory with VRBO, poor AC unit especially in afternoon with temps reaching 76-77 when thermostat was set at 70, all towels found in dryer so we had to fold them ourselves, terrible mattresses in bedrooms and extremely uncomfortable, poor wiring in living room that in order to turn on the ceiling fan the light has to stay on in the kitchen. Thank goodness my children arenât crawling because I felt uncomfortable putting them on the floor. Then prior to leaving the keyless door entry batteries died! Imagine it dying when trying to get into the property and being stuck in the heat with 2 month old twins. We also had very poor communication with the property management company taking sometimes 24 hours for a response and when the number is called no on answers. Just a terrible experience, I would never recommend to any one. The pool was clean though!
