The living and dining areas are designed for connection and comfort, with a plush sectional sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove that adds a perfect touch of romance for snowy evenings.
The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee at the countertop or sharing aprĂšs-ski drinks, this space feels cozy yet vibrantâperfect for enjoying quality time with family and friends.
Down the hall, the bunk room offers two queen beds with soft, luxurious bedding, a flat-screen TV, and tranquil views of the surrounding pine forest. A nearby bathroom features a stand-up shower, single vanity, and a washer/dryer for added convenience.
Upstairs, the primary suite is your private sanctuary. Through a sliding barn door, you'll find a sumptuous king bed nestled beneath an A-frame wood ceiling, exuding rustic elegance. Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 6, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. This property does not have a garage. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. 4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
