« Very nice unit/apartment located in downtown Penn Yan. Location was great for getting to many of the sites we wanted to see ie: canandaigua, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen etc. the place felt clean and cared for and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. A bit small for 4 adults but adequate. The “living area” not as comfortable seating as I would have liked, but wouldn’t take it off my list or high score. Our “master” room was great, the 2nd bedroom is extremely small, no closet, just an armoire, and...

« The Gorge apartment was perfect-sunny, clean, well stocked and close to the village. Hiked the Gorge Trail, visited wineries, found lots to eat and rented kayaks. We also loved sitting on the deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails »

« Perfect location right on Main Street. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores in walking distance. Apartment was beautiful and every amenity provided. Many good wineries and breweries within a short drive. Highly recommend staying at the Sheridan House if coming to Penn Yan! »

« We loved our stay in the suite! It was clean, cozy and worked perfectly for the two of us. The bathroom was great with the double vanity, a large walk-in shower plus a very modern washer and dryer. The whole unit is remodeled and very comfy! Our host Bryan was very nice and gave us great local recommendations (plus a bottle of wine)! Be ready to climb steep stairs, and the pillows are really big. »
