Inside was exactly as described The steps to the cottage were described as steep but also a bit treacherous I didn’t realize it wasn’t a walkout to the water and we had difficulty getting our old dog out of the water and the same with the kayaks. But a young family would probably have no problems with this. The host Morgan was delightful. »

As we parked next to the house, the garage on the left (which belongs to someone else) had broken windows with junk inside the garage. Not a big deal but not a good first impression. The bathroom is very small and is directly off the kitchen. Kitchen and living room are adequate. « This was my second time staying at this lovely private cottage in the woods, and I'll definitely be returning next year! The space is just so lovely and warm, with a great vibe and peaceful ambiance. The photos don't even do it justice, as picturesque as they are. Quiet time all day and night, not another soul in sight. A perfect place for a solo traveler to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with real life. Great coffee and fantastic hosts. I'd give it a million stars if I could. »

« The vacation houses were exactly what I was looking for for a vacation with my adult sons and their partners. The guest house offered some privacy, yet the main house had enough space that we all were able to gather and play games every evening (after watching the amazing sunset!). The kitchen had everything we needed and the house AC kept the house at a nice temperature. Great vacation home! »

« Property was as depicted in listing. It was very clean, had many amenities and communication with Candace was wonderful. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway, this will fit the bill. The only downside to this VRBO is to access the dock and water, there are steep stairs to maneuver, but once down the view and summer breeze was amazing. The grill was in need of a good cleaning.
