« We loved the location of the cabin. Very close to many of the waterfalls including the Watkins Glen State Park. The cabin was perfect for 3 adults beacuse we each had our own bedroom. My teenage grandson enjoyed the loft area which also has a bathroom. It was like a mini apartment for him. »

« Property was well maintained and lovely foundation plantings. Cabin had everything needed, low maintenance especially with a dog. No direct lake view, but very near restaurants right on Cayuga Lake. I brought more than needed, as usual, but hosts thought of all essentials. »

Very close to Seneca Lake and the town excitement but quiet and isolated to relax in the evening. The creek out back, the wildlife and the fire pit were all the cherry on top! « We stayed in the cabin while we attended the Deck the Halls wine trail. The cabin was very nice and clean and all of the necessary amenities were provided. While the house is not directly on the lake, it is just a short walk down to the dock listed by the property. »

« Thanks to Liz for making our last-minute reservation happen! This is such a unique property. I've never spent a night in a straw-bale constructed home before, but after this experience I think I'd like to do it more often. The home is charming, quiet, and peaceful, and maintains a very even temperature inside. « Nice cabin made out of rough cut lumber makes a nice family retreat. Love the building and location that appears to have been built by the owner. Plenty of room for 8 of us with beds with linens and room to spread out. It's on a small cliff side on the lake with a beautiful deck, stairs down to the water, and a dock on the water. I can't believe some old reviews criticize the amount of stairs? It's on a cliff side, what do they want ladders? Crazy. The stairs are very sturdy with a nice hand...
