« The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories! »

« Beautiful place to relax and reconnect with loved ones. Hosts were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We spent several hours on the balcony, watching stars and having morning coffee. Cherry on top was petting the goats! »

« 1.there wasn't a kitchen sink to wash our coffee cups. we had to wash them in the bathroom sink :( 2. no wash cloths in either bathroom 3. shower stalls leaked onto floor and were so small you could barely turn around. 4. no curtains on any windows which made it extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the murphy bed in the living room.. 5. no handrails on the steep bedroom steps. 6. nowhere to unpack clothes 7. freezer needs to be defrosted 8. toilet seats were not tightened down and moved if you...

« Wonderful accommodations! Cozy apartment that was well equipped with farm fresh eggs to purchase that we used to make a breakfast meal! BJ and Barb gave us a tour of the barn with personal greetings from the goats and cats. This location is a short drive from the Corning Glass Museum and the Rockwell Museum that were our intended destinations. The farm was a lucky choice that added to the memories we have of this trip! Highly recommend! »

« We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was so cozy and we loved the nest theme so much. We were left fresh eggs in the fridge and loved making omelette each day. We enjoyed our breakfast picnics.
