Luxury Cottage is a two-bedroom holiday home in Torquay which can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Renovated to a high standard, the cottage oozes style and welcomes you from the minute you walk through the door.
As you enter, you will head up the stairs to the first floor where you can enjoy the luxuriousness of a high-end hotel, whilst having the comfort of your own kitchen and living space. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area lets in beautiful sunlight with its large windows and has a warm, cosy feel with exposed wooden flooring. Cook up delicious feasts in the kitchen which has been finished to an immaculate standard and has all the mod-cons you’ll ever need. Then retreat to the sofa for a relaxing evening in - you won’t struggle to find a film or series on the Smart TV. The first floor is completed with a double bedroom where you can enjoy a restful nights sleep and the family shower room. Head upstairs to the second floor to discover the twin bedroom (please note there are sloping ceilings). Each bedroom has gorgeous, high-quality linen and plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. Being so close to the beach, during the warmer months it can quite bust with all the hustle and bustle of holiday life; conveniently all the windows are sound proofed so if you woudl like to sit and relax you still have the R&R experience.
This is the sort of place you’ll struggle to pull yourself away from but do, as you’re in the perfect place to explore the very best that Torbay has to offer. The property is conveniently located on the main road that leads right down to the sea front within a 6-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. It is also in the prime position to enjoy many of the local attractions, including Kent’s Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Torquay Museum.
View the coast from a different perspective by enjoying a scenic ferry crossing to the neighbouring towns of Paignton and Brixham or taking a fishing trip. For those who like to keep their feet on firm ground, the Southwest Coastal Path with its fantastic scenery is within walking distance. When the sun sets over the English Riviera, choose from an eclectic mix of restaurants showcasing the finest in West Country dining. Many offer wonderful sea views and provide the perfect setting to end your day. Note: The cottage is conveniently located on a road that's 5–10 minutes drive away from a few popular beaches; therefore, it can get busy at times. We have soundproofed the windows for the benefit of guests. There is also a pedestrian crossing nearby. The nearest parking is opposite the cottage on Parkfield Road. It's free and close by.
