Would recommend these apartments to others,clean and modern. First time been to that resort but really enjoyed it

Las habitaciones son fantásticas. Lo que no me ha gustado es que teníamos la entrada a las 16.00 y la salida a las 10.00.

Les + : The cleanliness, the 1st class accommodation, the staff (most important). The location, the facilities, the shops on the site itself, and more.
Les - : Not seeming to complain, but to reduce the noise coming from the Wigan pub, and the screaming of children from the play area.
Situation : Plenty to do, bars, restaurants, buses are handy, as are the supermarkets, taxis are reasonable and handy, nothing wanting really.
We stayed in room B202, regarding the accommodation nothing could be faulted, we were informed before we booked the room some building work would be in progress, it was acceptable, The reception staff were brilliant and dealt with all we wanted to know with extreme politeness and efficiency. We visited your other two Diamond resorts in Adeje while there and would like the opportunity to stay at either of them on our next visit to Adeje Tenerife. We like Adeje as it all we could wish for a good holiday.

Great hotel room was lovely staff were helpful and friendly located near to the front. Would definitely come back.

Self catering hotel

We arrived at the hotel at 11am when they checked us in but then told us that we would have to wait about 39min before we could access our room. We waited for this time whilst watching an array of families checkin and being warmly welcomed with champagne and sangria. When we checked if we could now access our room we were told we still had to wait and we could use a free room to get showered after our 4hr flight. When shown to this room we found it was not a room but a toilet that was not the cleanest, though they said it would be okay! By now we had been waiting for at least 3hrs and was told that room will be ready at 3.30. We decided to give up and have a snooze by the pool. We then returned to check in at 4pm frustratingly to find that our room was still not ready. We spoke to the manager who said it's not his fault. I said well whose fault is it? somebody needs to take responsibility. We requested the keys and went to the room regardless to find it still being cleaned. What we couldn't understand was that we saw at least 30 guests checkin with no issues but we were left to wait and given no reason why. I mean why wouldn't they have given us a different room that was ready and why wouldn't the manager take responsibility. There was zero customer care or consideration. To add the hotel was undergoing building works which meant the layout was messy, dusty and quite hazardous. The gym was out of use and none of this is mentiobed when booking. To end our toilet was faulty.

We apologise you were left unhappy with the wait time at check in, check in is standard at 4pm each day and this is stated on all documentation at time of booking. We do have members of Diamond Resorts who may have earlier access to check in which is why you may have seen some guests checking in before yourself. Nice Apartment - With extremely helpful staff

Les + : The Staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful and the accommodation was good.
Les - : Wheel Chair access to upper levels or a warning on the site to explain.
Situation : Location, near to beach good restuarnts, taxi rank, supermarkets. Good location!
I booked without mentioning we had a member who had immobility scooter they rearranged the accommodation so as we could have easier access for the scooter. Although the complex was not the best for parties with people with mobility deficiencies they could have not have been more accommodating. The only reason for my rating being low was that we used the fold down sofa and when we opened the sofa up there was a hanky and used plaster found along with a few spiders which to me implies the room had not been properly but not necessarily this time depending on when the sofa bed was last used. Apart from this and the Expedia Site site not highlighting the complex was not good for mobility Scooters/Wheel Chair access which I do not feel was the Complex's fault.

the apartment was very nice well appointed very spacious the veranda was large enough to have a family dinning table 2 sun loungers and four chairs and the sun all afternoon with any amount of sun loungers around the pool only 1 minute from the beach and numerous restaurant's and bars with live entertainment on the evenings within 200metres a fantastic resort what more could one ask for
