The Space:

Designed in a chic, modern style, the villa offers separate music systems on the ground floor and in the basement, making it ideal for groups of all ages. The vibrant basement is a favorite for younger guests, while others can unwind in the laid-back atmosphere of the ground floor or take in the serene views from the patio.

Additional Information:

- The villa is sanitised and cleaned before arrival and after departure of the guests.

- The equipped kitchen is good to make your own meals or you can walk to the club restaurant. you can carry your groceries or ask the caretaker to bring them to you, if you intend to cook.

- A personal chef can be organised on request at additional cost.

- Smoking is allowed, but only in patio and outside areas. Please avoid smoking in the rooms.

- Extra mattresses are available on request. These can be accommodated in 2 rooms (1 mattress each) or in the basement (upto 4 – 6 mattresses) ~~ Additional cost.

- Few extra blankets are available. Please feel free to carry your own additional blankets if you like.

- Pets may be allowed here. Please speak to us about it at the time of making the booking. (you are requested to carry their bedding and not allow them on the furniture.)

- Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here.

- We encourage our guests to make use of the facilities mindfully without disrupting the peace of others.

- Refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 will be collected at check in. This amount is fully refundable provided there are no damages.
