A 25-minute drive to the Airport and International Mall, and only 45-60 minutes to Clearwater & St. Pete Beach.
This newly renovated tropical retreat offers a large, private pool that is open year-round, a putting green, and a gazebo with patio seating and a dining area with a grill for outdoor relaxation. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a sectional sofa, smart TV, board games, a Wheel of Fortune Arcade machine, and an electric heated fireplace. The fully remodeled kitchen features island seating, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and baby utensils. Thereâs also a kitchen table with seating for 4 and a dining table that seats 6, perfect for group meals.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, shampoo, and conditioner.
The second bedroom offers another king-sized bed and a smart TV, along with a large dresser and closet.
The second full bathroom includes essentials, a bathtub, and a shower head.
The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, dedicated workspace, and a closet.
The fourth bedroom is a large studio unit connected to the main house. It is a king sized bed with a closet, ceiling fan, electric fireplace, and TV. There is also a couch in the room that pulls out into a bed. You will also find an air mattress in the room as well as a kitchenette with a microwave, induction stove, and a fridge!
The third bathroom is located in the studio unit and contains a walk in shower.
Additional amenities include high-speed internet, full access to WIFI and TV, a washer and dryer, and an ironing board. For families, you'll find a pack-and-play crib and baby bath in the master bedroom closet, as well as extra blankets, towels, sheets, and two large air mattresses that can accommodate four guests in the hallway supply closet.
The backyard oasis is perfect for lounging poolside, grilling, and enjoying a tropical view in total privacy.

There is no smoking in the property. Smoking fee of $300 will be charged.

This home has two units attached. You have full access to both sides. The first unit is a 3/2 and the second unit is a studio unit with a king bed and a bathroom with a kitchenette. The house sleeps 15 total.
