« Property owners were very communicative. The house was very, very clean. The location for us was great. We were there for a family funeral and the Property Owners sent a very nice condolences gift to the house. Location allowed a number of us to take a safe 7 mile walk for exercise. Pool looked clean and well maintained but we didn't get a chance to use it. »

« We came to Tampa for a business meeting and had six with us and all of our group felt comfortable in these units. They are very new and you could smell the clean when you walked in. The mattresses are super comfortable and the furnishings are just right. To add privacy, we'd recommend a curtain for the patio sliding door; otherwise, we can't think of anything these units need. When we return next year, we most definitely would hope to stay here again. »

« I was in town for the game and to visit a few family members and this space was amazing. It was very neat and clean. I also enjoyed the decor and furniture as it was comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. Will be staying again when I visit again. »

« The Little Pink Guest Suite is comfortable and well stocked with items for morning coffee, afternoon naps and a good night’s sleep. Very accommodating! »

« This property was in a very nice area with really no noise around from other houses or vehicles. It is walking distance to the closest gas station and is fairly close to the grocery store as well. I was very happy with how clean it was when we arrived and the proper amenities were provided for our stay! »

« This place is hidden gem!! The house is VERY clean and newly remodeled. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get out. Very nice shower and kitchen. The backyard is amazing for the space it has. Very quiet and you forget your in the city when sitting back there. The jacuzzi is very nice and private nice little romantic setting. No matter where we went in Tampa it seemed we were never 13 min away from the house. The location is crazy good. 13 min to the hard rock (25 dollar uber if you...

« Great communication with the host. The place is amazing, wish we would had more time to utilize the outdoor kitchen. We stayed here to go to the Bucs game and it was about a 20 minute walk to the stadium. We would for sure stay here again. »
