- Two security cameras are located at the front and back of the home for guest safety and security.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited to maintain the peaceful environment.

- Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the property.

- Pets are not allowed to ensure the home remains allergy-friendly.

- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property.

- The thermostat should be set between 66-85 degrees for optimal comfort.
