Welcome to our beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home featuring a private heated pool and a backyard oasis. Located just 5 minutes away from the coast, it`s the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking to make the most of the nearby beaches.

When you`re not enjoying the sun and surf, dive into friendly competition with board games or at the air hockey table. Afterwards, unwind in our cozy lounge area that`s perfect for movie nights, or relax outside under the stars!

As you enter the property, you’re greeted by a bright and spacious foyer with high ceilings, elegant finishes, and luxurious details. This floor provides access to the private garage and separate laundry room, equipped with a brand new washer/dryer. Towards the back of the home you`ll find the game room/lounge area with access to a full bathroom (with bathtub) and mini bar, perfect for entertaining; as well as sliding glass doors that open out to the large backyard.

Outside there is a private heated pool and spacious patio complete with a large outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, shaded outdoor seating and a grill—making this the perfect space to relax and unwind; or host friends and family for a barbecue. The pool is crystal clear and the lounge chairs are comfortable, inviting you to stay for hours.

The main floor is a light and airy open concept space. It provides an excellent flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, and of course, coffee is provided to help you (and your guests) get the day started right.

There are four bedrooms on the second floor. Bedroom #1 is ideal for children since it features two sets of twin bunk beds. Bedroom #2 features a luxurious king bed and an en suite bathroom. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a complete bathroom with a double vanity and both offer comfy queen beds.
