There are two spacious bedrooms equipped with BRAND NEW Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. Even the pull-out sofa bed has a Sealy certified mattress so everyone can sleep great at maximum occupancy.

All the luxurious bells and whistles are provided with a fully equipped all-white historic kitchen with natural lighting, washer and dryer access, and a Smart TV with all-access YoutubeTV/Chromecast. Have some fun commanding this Google SMART bungalow. Some of the features includes turning off lights and even playing music in the entire home from the command of your voice.

Don't stop your fun there! Take your group to the completely private backyard lounge to grill, play games, and relax around the bonfire. This bungalow has it all!

Google Camera/Recording Doorbell on premises: There is only one device on the property: It is a Google Hello Doorbell to the left of the front door that is turned on at all times. Labeled "Doorbell". Aimed to the street and steps of the home.

Maximum of one pup allowed at the home with prior approval. $35/night pet fee. $500 charge if unauthorized pets are found during or after stay.

Although the neighborhood is regarded as touristy and overall safe, this is not in a pristine suburban looking neighborhood (like the majority of Tampa). This is a multi-cultural predominantly middle-class neighborhood. You may find some homeless shelters, soup kitchens and halfway houses in the surrounding neighborhood and even some homeless people walking by. If you are the type of person who is made uncomfortable driving by or seeing homeless people and/or the sight of potentially abandoned/boarded up homes then this is not the neighborhood for you.

Shopping, restaurants, venues, and activities all within 10 minutes of this bungalow!

Uber/Lyft is recommend, but there is a public city bus stop literally a minute (by walk) down the street that picks up frequently and can take you across through the city.

Early check-ins can be arranged in advance, with fees of $75 for 2 or more hours before regular check-in time and $50 for less than 2 hours before regular check-in time. Confirmation depends on availability and must be requested the day prior. Fees will be charged separately after booking.

** There is a $200 security deposit that will be taken in addition to the reservation amount. This is fully refundable.
