- Handicap accessible: step-free access inside and outside. Master bedroom and bath have handicap amenities also.
- Fenced-in area outside is assessable for pets.
- Other animals can be seen next door (goats, pigs, chickens, turkey, ducks, birds, etc.).
- Honey bees and deer: Catch a glimpse of a deer or two in the back field near the bee hives.

- No smoking in the house
- No parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book and a photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Exterior security is offered with both outside entrances having a security camera
- Dogs must be well-mannered, house-trained, or left outside in fenced-in area of yard. Dogs should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and are liable for any damages caused by pets.
- No cats as some guests may have a cat allergy
- Dog restrictions due to insurance purposes: No dog with any bite history, Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf or any mix thereof. No dogs over 50 lbs
