Beautiful Villa with Breathtaking Views in Swieqi

Welcome to our one of a kind 4BR villa with large POOL, perfect for large groups seeking a memorable vacation experience. With breathtaking views of greenery, this villa is a true gem.

The villa boasts ample living space, with ample of space for relaxation and entertainment with WIFI. A large outdoor PRIVATE area is included for all our 11 guests, with a large pool, deckchairs and a BBQ area.

The property has 4 large BRs and with additional of this location, this property is second to none.

Parking Space| Street parking space easily found.

Living Spaces| Beautiful outdoor area with pool, deckchairs, table, chairs and BBQ. Also a massive open living/ kitchen area inside with sofas and large smart TV.

Also included is a fully large billiard table, free of charge to use.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with oven, the latest design double door fridge with a huge freezer compartment and utensils, everything a family or a group of friends would need to fix a wonderful meal. The Villa is equipped for both short and long term rentals !

Bedrooms| 4 bedrooms, of which 1 is with 3 single beds, the other with 1 king sized bed and the other 2 with a double bed.

Although we do accept 13 guests, for over and above 11 guests, we will provide single folding beds, although in general we prefer max 11 guests.

Linens| We all love a good night sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high end linens and quilts. We also provide 2 towels each for showering and towels for the pool area.

Bathrooms| 4 bathrooms one full bathroom, another ensuite, another one by the pool and a spare toilet.

Small note: Pool is cleaned weekly.

Our property is ideally located within walking distance of the Victoria Gardens, a beautiful public park that provides the perfect backdrop for a morning jog or a leisurely picnic with friends and family. Additionally, we are situated just a stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants, cafes, and bars that Swieqi has to offer, giving you the perfect opportunity to sample some of the local cuisine.

Whether you are travelling to Malta for business or pleasure, our Airbnb property in Swieqi is the perfect place to call home during your stay. With our comfortable and luxurious living spaces, easy access to local amenities, and stunning location, you are sure to have an unforgettable experience in this beautiful neighbourhood. Getting around Swieqi and the surrounding areas is quite easy and convenient, with various transportation options available to visitors.

One of the most popular and convenient ways to get around is by using the local bus service. The bus stops are located just a short walk from the villa and offer a regular service to many popular destinations around the island, including Valletta, St. Julian's, and Sliema. You can easily purchase tickets on board the bus or in advance at various outlets.

For those who prefer a more personalized experience, taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available. Just ask our villa manager for assistance with arranging transportation for you. Car rentals are also a popular option for visitors who want the flexibility to explore the island at their own pace.

Another fun way to explore the area is by foot or bicycle. Swieqi and the surrounding areas offer plenty of scenic routes for hiking and biking, allowing visitors to take in the beautiful landscape and fresh Mediterranean air.

Overall, there are plenty of transportation options available to visitors in Swieqi, making it easy to explore the area and beyond. Our villa manager would be happy to provide you with more information and assistance with arranging transportation during your stay.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
