« Brilliant place to stay, being able to walk around and meet to the donkeys, alpacas and the goats was great for the kids. A very pet friendly property and I can’t wait to return and stay again »

« We had an excellent week at the Shoreline Hideaway visiting family and exploring the south coast. Although we had a car, we took advantage of the bus that passes the property to get to Brighton for the day to avoid the traffic and parking. There is easy access to the beach via a lane just across the road and a nice walk to the Perch restaurant. The property was clean and is well equipped. It’s spacious with the bedroom at the rear, away from the occasionally busy road. The bed was very...

« Lovely cottage in the British countryside, the place might be a bit old-fashioned but very confortable for a larg group (we were 9). Kenneth has been very helpful and is a highly recommended host. »

« Toplocatie en je zit fijn buiten en binnen. 4 ster en geen 5 ster is vanwege prijs kwaliteit verhouding »

« I really enjoyed staying in this property, I had an extended stay with my three boys, it’s local to their school and they had a friend who was living next door. The property was very comfortable and clean throughout and suited our needs. The owner was contactable and helped us out when needed. I would recommend this property to my friends »

«
We have just returned from the most wonderful stay and honestly didn't want to come home. It was exactly what we needed.Dean was an exceptional host, responding promptly to any questions before and during our stay. We were also very kindly allowed an early check-in as the property was ready, which was such a thoughtful gesture and gave us even more time to enjoy this beautiful home.We were welcomed with the most amazing gifts, including a delicious cake and several other thoughtful treats. Even...

« We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Courtyard! The home was even more beautiful than the photos, and the location couldn’t have been better. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The house itself is stunning. You can tell so much thought, care, and attention to detail went into the renovation. It’s not only beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Every design choice feels intentional, and Rachel has stocked the home with everything you...

« An excellent property, beautifully maintained.Location perfect with a stunning lake view »

« Everything about our stay was perfect and would happily return any time. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house. »

« Great central location for Chichester town and the theatre. A spacious accommodation and comfortable seating areas and very comfy beds. Great showers and so handy having 2 bathrooms upstairs. A little noisy in the evening from the bedroom with the pub next door - but not a problem as long as you know about this. We would definitely stay again. »

« This was a lovely property in an excellent location however there proved to be a few issues. In the balcony bedroom the bed was very uncomfortable as was the lower bunk bed mattress. The view was amazing, but the balcony itself appeared to be potentially very unsafe. Downstairs, the sofas were very uncomfortable particularly the one against the wall. The cooker had no control or temperature markings as they appeared to have been removed in cleaning and there were no written instructions for...

Fully enclosed large brick paved yard for dog safety.Welcoming prossecco on arrival. Old wood and brick built barn conversion, charming with interesting decorative features. Poynings village peaceful and aesthetic, with pub a few steps down the lane. Loved our stay and will definitely book again when in this area. »

« We loved this property! It was perfect for our family and very close to shopping and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. It was extremely hot during our stay, but there were plenty of fans throughout which kept it nice and cool inside. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again. »
