The Neighborhood:

The historic city of Chichester has some much to offer, with the medieval cathedral, ancient roman city walls, galleries, museums, the Festival Theatre and Chichester University. Explore an abundant of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The coast, with its glorious beaches and harbour creeks, is just 15 minutes drive away, and South Downs National Park, with miles of walks and cycle paths, is only a short distance to the north. The property is also ideally placed for Goodwood events, such as Goodwood Revival and the Festival of Speed.



Getting Around:

Chichester's bus and train station is 15 minutes walk away from the home. Should you choose to arrive by car, there is is street parking. If Washington Street is full, there is usually plenty of space in the next street along, Cavendish Street. ***However, there are 2 hours during the day when parking is not allowed 10-11am and 2-3pm.***



You can also park in the Festival Theatre car park.
