« Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too. »

« Absolutely beautiful home in an excellent location, plus it’s pet-friendly. The home is on three levels with steep staircases, which were not at all a problem for us, but would not be ideal for everyone. Still, I highly recommend it. Arundel is a charming town. The castle is stunning. The restaurants were steps away and excellent. Wish we’d booked a longer stay! »

« We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

« Beautiful period house, in easy walking distance of town centre »

Walking into the property there was an open room full of clutter and mess, immediately in the hallway was what seemed to be a rolled up amount of carpet, and a house a dog that wasn’t disclosed on the listing. Bathroom functionality was poor as the shower dial was practically falling off of the wall and instructions were unclear on how to turn it off, worst bit was the shelf was covered in empty shampoo bottles and what looked to...

« We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and Tilly's instructions and communication were excellent. Guidance on local points of interest, shopping facilities, and local restaurants were much appreciated. »

« This was our third visit to Marie’s Cottage & we had a wonderful time, just as the last couple of times we stayed there. It has improved on the cleanliness and the carpets, cushions etc looked like they’d been cleaned, but the smaller things, such as descaling the taps have been overlooked; However, as I said in my previous review, we still love it there. The location is perfect for our group’s needs & we will certainly be going back again. There was no reason for us to call the Agency for...
