This motel is to be demolished in a months time.

The motel is used as a boarding house and has a lot of semi permanents

Good for one or two night stay, a little outdated.

This hotel serves a purpose for people who just need a bed for the night. It is clean and comfortable but very old and dated. It is also quite cold during the winter months. There is very little accommodation available on Buderim. It is okay for one or two nights but not if you are looking for a holiday motel.

You get what you see

You pretty much get what you see with this place. It looks from the outside like an ageing, late 1960's /early 1970's motel, and that is what it is through and through. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable, which is pretty much all I ask. The room smelt of cleaning fluids (could be worse, I suppose). The cheap, Chinese brand television did not work very well, with the remote the only means of controlling it, and it only working spasmodically (perhaps the batteries were a bit flat?). The television reception was so poor that it was pretty much unwatchable. I did not use the box air conditioner stuck in the window, so I do not know what it was like, but having it positioned immediately next to the bed is less than ideal.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

We stayed here just one night, definitely on night too many and trust me it will never happen again. I didn't see many picks on the WOTIF site which should have been the red flag... the room size was find but I didn't like the fact when I went to make a cup of tea the cockroaches didn't appreciate the disturbance and started running everywhere. I also didn't like seeing the fossilized gecko on the toilet wall either. Apparently this is an upmarket room as we paid a littl higher rate on the net that what a walk in would pay??? Boy I wouldn't like to see the those rooms if these are the good ones????

The place is quite run down. On the down side, Poor tv reception, no mobile phone reception in room, no hair dryer. But the room was a good size. It had a sofa, table and chairs, a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. The pool was nice, It was close to a bus stop, the Catholic Church and restaurants.

Good, comfortable Motel.

We had no negatives about this motel, the room was clean, plenty of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits in the room. plenty of hot water for showers. The grounds are well maintained and a decent size pool for guests, plenty of our door seating too. Easy to find and easy access on a main road and only minutes to the beach and small shops close by. A budget price for the Sunshine coast too.

1x und nie wieder

Das lavabo das Holz aufgeschwollen(F) . Bad nicht sauber (rubberband von vormieter(F) nach säuerung lag noch immer dort am boden plus eine kleine Spinne ? giftig ?) man hört die Nachbar sprechen, , Wifi kein verbindung sowie kein telefon empfang, der Preis für 115CHF/Nacht (er gab mir noch Rabatt vielleicht das ich nichts schreibe) ist zu teuer, ich frage mich wie so das Hotels.com das anbietet. Ein anderen Motel-Besitzer hat mir erzählt das viele danach zu ihm kommen wenn sie dort wahren. (F) = Foto vorhanden, kann ich nachreichen

1970s Motel in Need of Renovation

I booked in for 1 night having pre-paid. Entering my motel room, I decided NOT to stay overnight but on my friends' couch .. out of sheer desperation. Everything is worn and shabby. The bed caved in. Its cover felt as if it had been put on 20 years ago and was never washed. The motel feels uncared for. 'Permanent Residents' roam the grounds and seek conversations. Another world.

The second worst place I have ever stayed

This place is old and in very poor condition. In short, it is a dump - paint peeling from the ceiling, battered old furniture, scared and peeling basin and shower, broken toilet lid, bed lights that do not work (not just bulbs blown - the lights do not work), ancient and noisy air conditioner, damaged carpet, bed spread that was ripped and starting to fall apart.

Close to facilities and several beaches

Very disappointing. Mould on shower tiles and round refrigerator seal. Fan worked on one speed only and was noisy, TV like a lap top screen and furniture worn and ancient

Good Relaxed Motor Inn with Character

Might look a little aged, but has comfortable bed, good shower, clean and tidy. Pool is good and close to shops and beach. Very relaxed environment.

extremely dissappointed

This would be the worst place I have ever stayed at - rooms were filthy with dirt and insects lying all over - no air con - doors not secure came back to room at one stage to find back door open and safety chain was only thing holding. people obviously under the influence of something - this from a motel that was grossly overpriced.

Quite old and needs a few repairs to tiles ceiling and carpet. Friendly staff with lovely and helpful attitude.
