« I wish I had the name of the lady running the check-in/front desk when we checked in (06/19/2026 at approx 9pm). She was the nicest, most helpful person I have dealt with in a very long time. We got in later than we wanted and she went out of her way to make sure we were able to order from their lounge, made calls for us, just was so polite and helpful. « The room was clean the showerhead pencil marks for where they marked off to mount the soap dispensers so obviously shower has not been cleaned very well because I rubbed the pencil marks off with my finger. The rest of the room seemed clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The gym was an absolute shambles. Every piece of equipment was broke tour. Something was wrong with it.
