« It needs some maintenance in the restroom »

« I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

« I thought the room was nice. The shade in our room was broke so therefore were unable to close that. We had a suite but had no chairs to sit on. Was hard to just sit and relax, disappointed in that for sure, especially for what you pay. »

« The breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast staff was terrific too. We booked a second room on day 2 for extra wedding guests and the front desk made the availability a priority to accommodate or needs. Great customer service. Price gouging due to the Zach Bryan concert cost really busted our wedding attendance budget. I despise opportunistic pricing… »

« The property was acceptable, but not great. It's a little tired (needs some renovation). We stayed in a handicap room with a walk-in shower. The shower curtain was made for tub/showers, so it was about a foot too short. This allowed shower water to go all over the bathroom floor. The air conditioner and refrigerator were both pretty loud when running. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was helpful. There's a heated pool but no hot tub. The bed was comfortable. »
