« The shower curtain in our bathroom was installed incorrectly making taking a shower a little tricky. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The couch in the room was so hard it was uncomfortable to sit on. The "free" breakfast bar was disappointing. There were runny scrambled eggs. The egg container was half full of liquid (I assumed it was water). There was no meat selection. The previously frozen breakfast sandwiches looked very unappealing. On the positive side, the staff were friendly. »

« First impression was Very positive... the receptionist that was working during my arrival receives 5 stars in my opinion. This is how I and all guest should be greeted when arriving at a hotel. She was friendly, outgoing, professional and informative. Now on the negative. 1.- The mattresses are definitely due for an upgrade as well as the chairs in the lobby that when you sit down, you practically sink down about a foot. 2.-Continental breakfast is misleading. A couple of microwave...

« The room was fine and bed comfortable. Overall a clean establishment. Complimentary breakfast was also acceptable. We were not happy with the quality of housekeeping services. We were provided with fresh towels etc. but they did not empty trash in our room, did not make our beds, did not restock coffee pods etc. and we’d have to go to the front desk and ask. Front desk attendants were not the friendliest. »
