« The European staff working there are arrogant & rude. The Asian staff was much friendlier. The hotel itself was nice but super far from everything and not worth what I paid. I should have booked two hotel rooms for the same price I paid for one here, and booked closer to Kyoto station. »

« We arrived to Kyoto early, didn't expect the hotel to let us check-in but they did because the room was ready. The process was pleasant and smooth. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The area was quiet, yet very convenient access to the Keihan line and the buses, about 17 mins walk to Kyoto station and TeamLab. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Kyoto. »

« Friendly staff, nice location »

« Tout est ok »

« tres gentil et accueillant, logement conforme au descriptif, parking tres pratique, merci c était parfait. »

« The property was awesome, especially if you have kids. Very spacious and with cooking facilities. The only side note was getting access to the property. We arrived just after the check in time but had no idea how to access the property. I had to msg them a few times to get the access code. There is no reception & no one on site. Make sure you message them in advance to get the code! »
