Stroll 15 minutes to brew and barbecue from this conveniently located home. The neighborhood park and playground are a block away and feature sweeping views of the Yampa Valley. Guests can tube, paddle, and fish the scenic Yampa River or head to Elk River Road for public fishing access on the Elk River. Hike the Emerald Mountain Trail Network or the Mad Creek Trail, or ski Steamboat Springs in the wintertime.

Back at your vacation home, you’ll love the modern layout and decor. The welcoming living room is equipped with a gas fireplace and a smart TV, and the office nook offers a place to plan the day’s adventures. You can prepare gourmet meals in the bright kitchen, equipped with a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances, and the dining table has seating with extra spots available at the kitchen bar. The main deck offers a pair of loungers and sweeping views of Emerald Mountain. This deck is accessible from both the primary bedroom and the kitchen. Grill out on the back deck or relax on a lounger or in the new hot tub. You can also take in the scenery from the main deck or walk to the neighborhood playground and local eateries.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
