« Very spacious appartment and good sized balcony, 5 adults could comfortably sit out on it. All facilities we needed were there. Beds very comfortable and nice bedding. Great transport links to london especially bus. Self check in was easy. Communication with host excellent. If we visit London again we would definitely book this apartment again. »

« We loved staying here. It is a beautiful apartment with everything you need. You could easily stay here for a week or longer. It was during the heatwave and we were impressed by the Dyson fan that was there. There's an Ironing board & iron, a washing machine/dryer, Nespresso machine & pods, a dishwasher & a lovely balcony. Tesco extra is less than 2 mins walk away. A perfect apartment for a short or long stay. We will definitely be returning. »

« We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable. »

« The house was very clean. It had a washer and dryer, and had a nice bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed. The location of this property was very poor. It was an 18 pound cab ride from the underground station. The Wembley flat/house we let was double booked, and we were given this property without the opportunity to cancel the booking and receive a full refund. »

« The loft is nicely updated and was very clean. My main complaint is about the washroom. The shower was very narrow and the curtain got in the way making it very hard to move. The tub didn’t drain so you stood in water. There’s very little counter space. The location is about a 10 minute walk to a tube station, but was very loud at night. Not sure I would stay there again. »

« Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... »

« Appart hôtel excentré mais a 5 min du métro en 10 min vous êtes au centre ville. Hôtel situé dans un secteur très agréable, calme a proximité de restaurant et pub Accueil chaleureux avec distributeur de boissons chaudes et eau gratuit a l'entrée. Appartement petit, nous pouvons a peine nous restaurer sur place. Canapé lit qui grince et inconfortable mais les autres lits sont très bien. »

« Un métro passe juste en dessous de la chambre toutes les deux minutes, le lit petit et le matelas très dur, le canapé pleins de taches et sale et enfin la vasque de la salle de bain minuscule. On est loin du standard minimum d’un 4 étoiles. »

« Très bien situé, personnel efficace. Chambre pratique, bien équipée , spacieuse et très propre. Le resto petit-déjeuner est à éviter. Prohibitif (et qui ajoute encore des frais de service aux 13.5BP annoncés!), peu de choix :croissant tranches de pain et quelques garnitures, nescafé ... thé =eau tiède colorée. 70 euros pour nous 4... Indigne. Sommes allés chez 'granier' pour les autres déjeuners : choix, service, excellent café... et le 1/3 du prix. »
