« Le logement est super. Nus avions un appartement avec 3 chambres. Tout est très propre, bien décoré, très confortable. Le personnel est très agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé à 4mn à pieds du métro. Plusieurs lignes de bus passent au pied de l'immeuble et mènent jusqu'à Oxford street. La boulangerie Gail's bakery à 2mn à pieds est un délice. Pour faire les courses, nous avons été au Tesco express qui est également à 2mn à pieds. Bref, super séjour, nous recommandons cet hôtel. »

« Careful with the pictures shown. Not all of them belong to the rooms on offer. I was made believe I was booking a big room for a lot of money and hot a much smaller one for a lot of money. Very deceiving. There was some clashing information from hotels.com and the management of the room. I booked it more than a month in advance but only was sure I actually had a room two days before going. Very stressful. Saturday evening, loud music until 2.30 am. Won’t book again. »

« Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the pile of trash (a couple feet high) stretching across the entire front of the building and impeding the walkway to the entrance. The floors were dirty, the beds, showers, and floors had hair and gum. "Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again! "
