« Very convenient; laundry amenities, full kitchen, living room, etc. Comfortable and clean enough. Good location. They brought us more towels when requested through their app. Some small problems though. WiFi was unreliable (which posed a problem for me as I was trying to interview for a job). Strange smell in the building hallway. Impossible to use TV without Roku account, which we didn't have. I'd stay here again; overall it was a good find. »

« We stayed in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment located in the Belmont section of Philadelphia. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. « My stay was amazing. The host made sure my check in was great and stayed in contact with me throughout my entire stay, and even had snacks and water for the guest. A very gracious host. The home looked exactly how it looks in the picture. Very spacious and the neighbors were great. I will definitely be booking again. »

« The property was very dainty and quiet. Pretty straightforward with how to access your unit as well. Not too big but just enough for a good stay for a few nights. No elevator, but it really isn't an issue if you don't have problems with it. Our unit had a small balcony with a good view of the skyline which was really great. We had our own bathroom, iron and ironing board. and the common kitchen was fully equipped. Great stay! »

« The space worked for us, but was a typical short-term rental: a little sterile, would be hard to live in, with some quirks. The house is the only painted and gentrified-looking one on the block. Our key was left in the apartment door when we checked in, which I didn't love. There should probably be a lock box. « It didn’t have a couch or tvs in the rooms , no soap, very little utensils & blankets. Walls was very dirty during arrival & bathroom curtain was very flimsy. Need better presentation overall & 6/10 stay »

« So first off the neighborhood is very city. So if you are not okay with being around drug addicts this is not ideal. The hosts were very responsive, but the conditions of the property were not what I expected. I did stay for 2 of the 3 planned days because I did not have anymore money to spend on a room. « My husband, aunt, and I came to visit my son in Philly for a week. This was a nice apartment. I love that it had two bathrooms. It had a washer and dryer. Not a lot a cooking utensils, but that wasn’t a big deal. Our host was very punctual with answering questions. Also beware you have to walk up a flight of stairs to your unit. Not an accessible apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay. »
