« We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!! »

« This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! « The property is true to what it’s offering. Our stay of 3 days and 2 night for a family 7 made us felt like home. « This was our 5th trip to North Beach and our 4th time at a condo in Southwinds, and we have never been disappointed. Jenn and Mike, our hosts this time, provided all the information we needed to feel comfortable in their home. We found it exactly as pictured. NB has 5 good restaurants within walking distance and at least 2 more within a 5 minute drive. The boardwalk is great for walking at anytime of day. « We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for our trip. We visited during a major heat wave, and the AC kept the house perfectly cool, which was such a relief after long days of sightseeing.Traveling to and from the Capitol area by Uber was quick and easy for our group. « The size of our suite was surprisingly large, we had everything we needed. Zero issues or problems our entire stay. »

« Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! »

« We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. « Room was modestly equipped. Weather was chilly but the building had turned off all central heating so we used a space heater. That was an indication of things to come. Very poor building maintenance. Door handles nearly falling off, cost savings everywhere. Climax was an emergency evacuation due to a building water leak. « This was a great space to stay. Enjoyed the balcony, plenty of space, nice amenities in the space. A few random things needed attention, like the hand towel rack infalling off the wall. But i get a short term rental will have these things and sometimes a chaos gremlin stays in the place. Overall, wonderful place. Good location. »
