« Cozy comfortable house in the country. Comfortable while you’re traveling. Noticed mice had been in the kitchen while we were sleeping, and got into our food. Droppings were in the area but never seen them with my own eyes. I would stay again. Awesome pricing. Overall a 7.5 »

« The location is perfect, the home is charming and all the extras like the hot tub and out building and fire pit add to the magic. The host was wonderful and I would recommend this place to everyone. Absolutely beautiful! »

« Very easy to book, property manager was easy to get questions answered. The neighborhood didn't seem like the best, but we had no issues, and it was close to trails. Everything looked like the pictures. »

« Comfortable little country home with a great hot tub. Nature views, animals coming through the back yard are always pleasing. We usually come in the fall, but it was great as well in the Spring. We bike the New River trail and look forward to coming “home” and relaxing afterwards. The outdoor furnishings need some work and windows and shades need some extra cleaning attention. That view from the expansive windows is a real eye-pleaser! We added an extra day to our stay. »

« Beautiful and quiet location surrounded by nature. The donkeys and sheep in the pasture were an added bonus. Description was accurate. If you want quiet and comfort this is your spot! »

« Our family needed a quick getaway to just regroup and enjoy each other’s company. We found the perfect house to accommodate us. We came to West Virginia and enjoyed our weekend. »

« Plenty of room for gathering in a convenient location. Very useful to have garages for the side by sides and super clean and updated inside the home. Plenty of hot water! We enjoyed the Bluestone River by a fire outside each evening. Would highly recommend a stay. »

« We traveled 4 hours to stay at this rental only to find out that the place was vacant and locked up tight. There has been no renovation and the host was unresponsive. There wasn't any furniture, no stove, no refridgerator, and there was trash around the place. We had no phone service and no place to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM!!! »

« Everything was great. The hosts were very generous and polite. They introduced themselves and then did not bother us at all; however they were very reassuring and told us to let them know if we needed them. They are a small farm and had chickens, ducks, a pig, and sheep. The animals were all very friendly and entertaining for us to watch while we sat on the porch. « Melissa and Brian's home was just as described. Peaceful, clean and quiet. Easy to locate. Comfortable beds. Driveway is on the steep side, which was disclosed in the listing. However, we had also stayed here in April and the driveway was not that bad. But, this month of May brought lots of rain and has made the driveway much more difficult with the washouts. Definitely more of a challenge with multiple deep ruts. Our other couple had no problem last month with their sedan but it was a...

« This home had plenty of room for the 5 adults that went on a quick 2 night getaway. We saw deer in the yard both mornings and sat outside in the evenings with drinks and just enjoyed the surroundings. The home has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. »

« Had a lovely time. House is great and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed all the rooms. Some suggestions: 1. the bunk bed room was freezing cold, might want to add a heat source 2. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3.
