« Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. A day or two before arrival I still had not received check in instructions so I messaged the host. He was quick to respond and the directions were...

« Booked for 7 days, in town visiting family in surrounding area. Great location, place was very clean, host responded promptly to any questions and they also checked in as well to see if we needed anything. Definitely will reserve again. »

« I booked this cabin fri-Sun as a meet up with some friends I don’t get to see much. Unfortunately I had mechanical problems on the way and didn’t arrive until 5am sat morning. The beds are nice and the mini splits kept it comfy inside. Saturday afternoon we walked around the neighborhood and Saturday evening we hiked up to Kane firetower »

« We felt so welcome here between the hosts and the feel of the house itself. We were visiting family for the holidays and it was nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to call home for a week. Everything was clean and the hosts really thought of everything you may need. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again. »

« We loved the rental! Very clean and lots of space. We were very active seeing family in the area and exploring. Didn’t see much wildlife besides squirrels and chipmunks. Would love to rent again next time we are in the area. Thank you again. »

« The accommodations are wonderful. Very comfortable. Beds are so comfortable. Bathroom is fantastic. Heated kitchen floor was a plus in the morning. Owners found out it was our 15th wedding anniversary and brought us bouqet of flowers. Very nice. Oh and the loaf of sour dough cheese bread... delicious. Our annual trip up to ADK hasn't been on the busy Rt 28. Though not a huge deal. We did hear the traffic we weren't used to. »

« We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week. »

« The property/house is amazing. Great 360-degree views from the property. Plenty of room for all guests. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. »

« We absolutely loved the cabin and had a wonderful time as a family fishing and sitting around at the fire pit at night. Such a beautiful place! Brad was a great host! He provided fishing poles and multiple loads of firewood for the fire pit! Short distance to Cooperstown Dreams Park and provided a quiet getaway from the ball field. My grown adult boys absolutely loved fishing in the pond and actually catching fish! Would definitely stay again! »

« Leaping Waters was the perfect spot for our family to reconnect and celebrate with our Remsen graduate. Our family enjoyed hours of backyard fun with a bar-b-que and smores by the fire. We had a wild tubing adventure during our stay and enjoyed some quiet fishing by the waters.It was a perfect spot to relax, rest and create new memories with relatives. »

« This house was close to the village yet you felt like you were in your own private world. We all enjoyed the heated pool which was especially nice since we hit a chilly week. The house was very clean and functioned perfectly for our family of 4. The hosts have a gem of a property here and we hope there is availability next year! »
