« Spent a week in the property. Great stay in a generous sized property. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. 5 minute walk from the town centre. Good range of shops and eating places in Newbiggin. Near park land which was ideal for the dog. House was well equipped. Good sized bathroom. Rear yard was a nice suntrap and very private. Good sized bedrooms and very clean. »

« Great house with nice views good parking opposite, very clean house comfy beds good kitchen with all we needed close to beach shops pubs and food. My grandaughter loved it as there was horses in the field and bats flying about feeding as soon as it went dark. We will be back soon »

« A lovely short stay. The property is accurately described. The view was amazing. Ajay was a really responsive host and communication was good. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. »

« Comfortable house and very convenient location to explore the beautiful Northumberland coast. Pristine beach a mere stroll away. I hope to return one day. »

« Lovely clean bright flat with excellent amenities, was great to have a washer dryer.Clean bright rooms, lovely large bathroom.It is up fairly steep staircase to get to the rooms and 3 steep steps to kitchen so not suitable if you had mobility issues.Beds lovely and big and comfortable »

« I didnt stay at the property because the host received a double booking, kept me in the cold and gave me a terrible experience on my graduation day. »

« The Lilac Cottage is a beautiful, pristine,cleverly decorated home with a lovely garden. Comfortable beds, lots of books, washer/dryer, clothes drying rack and every appliance has a manual or instructions how to use it. 2 full bathrooms allowed our family of 4 to get ready quickly. The Millennium Garden is right next door. So peaceful. Convenient location, walk to everything. »

« Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion. »
