« Mattress was a bit too hard. Worst feature of the hotel was the heating/ac. For some "bad" reason, there was no "fan only" or "fan constant" choice, so every time the thermostat told the unit to turn on, the fan restarted, and when the the thermostat told the unit to go off, the fan stopped. Strong fan, small room, the noise change was sleep disturbing. And when hotel noises start happening, there is no ability to use the fan as white noise. « Check in and out were just fine. Staff were all friendly, especially the nice lady taking care of the breakfast. Room was clean. Two items in the room. Could not use the coffee maker. A part was missing. Also, please upgrade the pillows. So wore out and very soft. No support at all. Over all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. »

« Séjour pour visiter Chicago. Un peu plus loin qu'attendu (1 heure de train). Peu d'informations sur le Metra (train de banlieue) et où le prendre ... un peu compliqué (il faut être débrouillard). Chambre confortable mais tous les tapis de l'hôtel ne sont pas propres (chambre, corridors, ...) ainsi que des murs dans la chambre (près du réfrigérateur). »
