« Good location, nicely refurbished room and clean. Quiet too. The only downside being the view out the window which was that of a wall without the ability to see the sky or daylight. »

« I Reserved a room with double bed, but when I checked in they told that it was not available.
I told them that I reserved this kind of room and I paid more to have a room with double beds.
When I higher my voice and I told them that I will not stay in a room with a queen bed I don’t know how the correct room appears.
They need to be more honest with customers and need to know what does it mean customer service.
Never again »

« A superb location on the river with the added bonus of the free river crossing ferry to Canary Wharf. Stunning views daytime and especially night time. Great helpful staff and superb rooms. Excellent bar area and outdoor seating. All this for an incredible price waaaaaay below hotel prices in London at this time of year.
That said, although knowing it is a hostel-hotel, it was a bit of a surprise to see they allowed someone to join us in our room at half past midnight when asleep, especially...
