« Don't be fooled by the exterior. Once inside its a wonderful spacious house. Lots of little extras thought of. Automatic lights on stairway and air purifiers. Would not hesitate to stay again when we visit family in Girvan. »

« This property was essentially a nice house, with a beautiful garden, however, the cleanliness on arrival was questionable. All the cups and cutlery had to be washed thoroughly before use, the cooker hob was still greasy and the fridge needed cleaning out before use. It was also dusty under the bed. The fridge was also not switched and the house was cold. The property in general needs quite a bit of updating especially the double bedroom.and bathrooms. The location was quiet and great for...

« Donnini Apartments changed the house the day before. So not sure about this house but Wellington View is where they put us. It could be a great place but broken settee and toilet seat . Cleaning could be better old cobwebs, living room rug had old food on it,.sugar on worktops, staines on bed sheets. Replaced bedside lamps as not working left no light bulbs. No heating on when arrived took ages to warm up. No reply to emails »

« House on the surface looked ok but when you started to look around and use things we found out that a lot of things were very dirty, lots of mold in washing machine, bed linens dirty, cutlery and utensils greasy and dirty, lots of dirt in cupboards and shelves, both hovers completely full of dirt. We ended up buying our own bedding and eating utensils. we did get offerd for a cleaner to come back out but by then we had started cleaning up as we got on late. and didn’t want someone in the house...
