« We were disappointed by the experience. We were in a sort of prefab building overlooking the car park. The insulation was very poor, both thermal and acoustic. The bathroom tap didn't fit the basin. The electronic shower system didn't work properly, which led to wasted water. The only positive point of the stay was the staff: very friendly and pleasant. »

« Pleasantly surprised. Staff helpful and welcoming. Booked dinner - huge portions. Beer battered Haddock amazing, best I've had in a while. Missed breakfast, wasn't hungry. Room was clean, no complaints Shower could do with a hand rail, felt a bit unsteady in the cubicle. Really good nights sleep, very comfortable bed Will come again »

« Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom. The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »

« Had to request bath towels as they didn’t leave any and when I requested some I got told we didn’t need bath towels as we didn’t have a bath in our room we had a shower !!!!! No bedding for the sofa bed as we didn’t request any!! »
