« No light on in hotel on arrival, front door locked, rang bell no answer, phoned hotel straight to answer machine, read note hanging off the front door deliveries to side of building, side door open nobody around went through several doors shouting hello but nobody answered went through private door and got someone who got the key for room. 83 year old lady had to then walk up four flights stairs room in the attic was family room. « Room was not of the standard off the rooms we normal get,and was on second floor with no lift access(husband ill health ,asked for room lower down,wanted extra £60 for 2nights .everything else was perfect as usual,and we are regular visitors ! »
