« Wonderfully run hotel — well located and also with excellent rooms and great breakfast. The Thai restaurant attached to the hotel is also excellent— would highly recommend »

« Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom. The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »

« Had to request bath towels as they didn’t leave any and when I requested some I got told we didn’t need bath towels as we didn’t have a bath in our room we had a shower !!!!! No bedding for the sofa bed as we didn’t request any!! »
