Chambre d'hôtes sans charme dans un immeuble genre HLM. Les chambres bruyantes, le petit déjeuner tout a fait moyen, bref très cher pour ce que c'était... L'annonce sur le site hôtels.com est très trompeuse. A déconseiller.

Mensonge par omission
- Je viens de relire le descriptif de l'établissement et nulle part je n'ai trouvé mentionné que l'appartement divisé en chambres louées se trouve au 3é étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur, ce qui est très pénalisant avec des bagages. Personnellement, si nous l'avions su, nous n'aurions pas fait cette réservation. L'immeuble lui-même est assez modeste; de type HLM, certes propre mais les parties communes mériteraient d'être rafraîchies L'accueil est pour le moins impersonnel car, hormis le matin au petit déjeuner, au demeurant très correct, les hôtes sont absents. Sur la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble , d'ailleurs pas très facile à trouver, est affiché un numéro de téléphone à appeler ; votre interlocuteur vous guide ensuite jusqu'à l'appartement dans lequel on entre avec un code. A l'intérieur la clé de la chambre votre clé vous attend à votre nom + 1°Cela dit l'appartement est moderne et refait de neuf et notre chambre était très confortable , même agréable car elle donnait sur des jardins de petits cultivateurs 2°La rue est située à 1mn de la gare ferroviaire et routière et tout près du centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique Conclusion, si vous êtes assez sportif et ne cherchez pas particulièrement un contact humain personnalisé, cet endroit est pour vous

Hôtel confortable avec un accueil excellent.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour des excursions sur la côte Amalfitaine. Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre, le calme, et les installations. L'accueil est chaleureux et sympathique. Les conseils prodigués tant pour la visite des sites de la côte Amalfitaine que pour la ville de Naples nous ont été très utiles. A noter le petit déjeuner particulièrement copieux et varié, préparé par notre hôte avec soin.

Good location. Clean and tidy. The staff were wonderful. The environment made us feel like home. We enjoyed staying in the hotel. The only problem we encountered was there was no elevator.

The staff wereexcellent. They served breakfast to room as promised and on time. There wereplenty of choices enough to get started for a busy touring day. The only thing I would suggest is to inform guests how to turn on stair lights at night. Otherwise, you can't beat this quiet and comfy oasis for location and convenience. I highly recommend Guarricino Ristorante at Piaza Tasso for great food and warm service. It's worth an eight minute walk.

The place is conveniently located just a few minute walk from the train station. Check in was easy and convenient, as they sent me clear instructions for our stay. The room was clean and spacious for us, and also included a glass bottle of still and sparkling water which they refilled for you each day. Breakfast is served daily, but it is very minimal, but a nice feature. Our biggest complaint was the shower. It was not setup well so constantly soaked the floor. Not to mention, the hot water wouldnt last for even one short shower, which was incredibly frustrating.

It was a nice experience with a lovely room, the breakfast ready and delivered in room. I saw in the description that there was a complimentary bottle of wine but did not see any in the room. The hot water could be adjusted in a way that does not leave people with cold water all of the sudden.

The most offensive part is your accusation of racism towards us. We chose the name TOUT LE MONDE, for our policy of welcoming the WHOLE world, including Asia! We are also sorry you did you didn't appreciate the staff's effort to respond in your language, since you don't speak Italian. Our staff starts breakfast at 7,30 am to 10,00am and ONLY after we received a request at least 24 hours before we can serve an early NOT COOKED breakfast. This is a wonderful place. 2 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes to a main street with a grocery store, lots of restaurants and shopping. One note: there is no elevator and the rooms are on the 4th floor (for Americans). The included breakfast was a nice treat with several options.

The place is clean and the lady Nadia is very nice. But I would never stay here again. It’s loud with paper thin walls. You can hear people next room. 4 flights of stairs up (Nadia did carry my fathers luggage for him) and limited hot water. It’s more of a budget style accommodation. It’s not an accessible place for elderly or people with mobility issues. Having said that, it is clean and the breakfast is decent for sure. From the photos it appears that you get a balcony but only 1 of the 5 rooms does. You get what you pay for.

Hotel is conveniently located, three minute walk to Sorrento train station and five minute walk to city center, restaurants, market and shopping area Room was very clean, modern, quiet with nice bathroom Nadia provided detailed instructions to location, early check in, and made very good made to order breakfast including smoked salmon She also provided helpful information with our visit and transportation needs Thoroughly enjoyed our stay since it was very reasonable and nice. Highly recommend this four story walk up accommodation

Great property ! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We experienced issues with the water being shut off in the evening throughout the night but were advised it randomly happens. I appreciated the staffs honesty! Very friendly team, would recommend. Just be mindful that the water could go off randomly late at night.

Very comfortable, great location very close to the Sorrento town center with plenty of restaurant. Only downside is the place has no elevator so you should be in shape to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. Good service.
