« Charming pub in a very good location in Tenterden high street - excellent if visiting Chapeldown or the Kent and Sussex Railway. Our room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. and a secure car park is included with the stay. Would highly recommend »

« best hotel in the area, very well maintained and newly renovated. will come again! food was lovely »

« Our room was outstanding, the staff were amazing. Only issue we had was we couldn’t work out the egg machine at breakfast but again staff were super helpful »

« Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room. Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check...

« Séjour agréable et confortable. Personnel accueillant.

« The place is just lovely, and the staff extremely nice. Special congratulation to Marc who manages everything in a professional way and with a smile. »

« It is an absolute disgrace to rent out rooms in such a disgusting state. Upon our arrival, the room had clearly not been cleaned: only the bedding and towels had been changed, but the rest was a horror show. The state of the bathroom was deplorable, with a pervasive smell of urine... which is hardly surprising, given that there were still traces of urine on the floor and around the toilet rim. There was hair left on the shower walls and on the floor. In the bedroom, the carpet was filthy with...
