« Mon mari et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour à cet hôtel situé à quelques kilomètres de Douvres. Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant où nous avons mangé de délicieux mets. La chambre (nommée Granby) était spacieuse, le lit confortable et la salle de bain complètement rénovée. « A warm welcome greeted us in reception the room was clean, tidy and fully equipped. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home, overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will certainly return. »

« Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point. »

« Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5. »

« Reception check in was smooth and friendly. Consideration of an event being held on a Saturday evening was communicated to us so we were put on the higher level floor (2) so we didn't get disturbedby the noise. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy, ironing board and hairdryer were supplied in the room along with coffee and tea making facilities. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Very reasonable room rates for an extremely comfy and clean hotel. »
